Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, at any time. A short reply to our confirmation email is enough, or simply give us a call.
What will the DUO cost?
The expected RRP is €899. The price may still change before launch. We will discuss your terms as a retailer with you in person.
When will the DUO be available?
We will announce the delivery date as soon as it is fixed. Everyone who has pre-ordered or signed up will hear it first.
How quickly does the rollator become a transit wheelchair?
In under a minute – with no add-on parts and nothing to remove.
Can I propel the DUO myself in wheelchair mode?
No. In wheelchair mode, the DUO is a transit wheelchair pushed by a companion.
Can I pre-order the DUO as a private customer?
Yes. Choose “Private customer” in the form and pre-order directly from us – we ship the DUO to you as soon as it is available. If you would rather not commit yet, just ask us to tell you when it goes on sale.
Will the DUO look exactly like it does in the pictures?
Its appearance may still change before launch. The pictures deliberately show the DUO only in outline.
