Questions about the SALJOL PRO
What is the difference between Allround Rollator PRO and Carbon Rollator PRO?
The Allround Rollator PRO is the pro version of our Allround rollator, the Carbon Rollator PRO that of our Carbon rollator. Both have the 5in1 brake, all-inclusive equipment and the comfort package.
What does all-inclusive mean, and what is in the comfort package?
All-inclusive: back strap, LED light, magnetic bag with Fidlock system, bell and walking stick holder are included. The comfort package adds a padded back strap and seat and ergonomic cork-TPE handles.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, at any time. A short reply to our confirmation email is enough, or simply give us a call.
What will the PRO models cost?
The expected RRPs are Allround Rollator PRO €649, Carbon Rollator PRO €849. Prices may still change before launch. We will discuss your terms as a retailer with you in person.
When will Allround Rollator PRO and Carbon Rollator PRO be available?
We will announce the delivery date as soon as it is fixed. Everyone who has pre-ordered or signed up will hear it first.
Can I pre-order as a private customer?
Yes. Choose “Private customer” in the form and pre-order directly from us – we ship to you as soon as the models are available. If you would rather not commit yet, just ask us to tell you when they go on sale.
Will the PRO models look exactly like they do in the pictures?
Their appearance may still change before launch. The pictures deliberately show the models only in outline.
